Organization Infrastracture |
| In order to fulfill its objective, METRON has developed an organization, which consists of the following sectors: |

| 1. |
The Gas - Energy & Oil departments, handling activities such us:

Sales of Systems manufactured by METRON. |
| • |
Providing Services involved at Oil & Gas Applications |
| • |
Executing the Project Management of company’s Projects including:

Contract reviewing & following |

Engineering checking |
| · |
Procurement of equipment & materials & subcontracts |
| · |
Fabrication supervision & scheduling |
| · |
Quality aspects |
| · |
Site services (such as installation, constructions at site, precommissioning, commissioning and start up) |

| 2. |
The Sales department handling the marketing & sales activities concerning:

Equipment originating from the companies represented by or associated with METRON. |
| • |
Systems either originating from the represented companies or manufactured by METRON. |
| • |
Services offered by METRON. |

| 3. |
The Engineering department which deals with the engineering work involved in projects including:
| • |
Process design of systems offered |
| • |
Detailed engineering (Layouts, fabrication dwg.) |
| • |
Instrumentation (hook ups, wiring diagrams) |
| • |
Electrical design |
| • |
Technical documentation (Manuals, literature, etc.) |

| 4. |
The Construction department, which involved with the manufacturing of the prefabricated structures.
This action takes place in the workshop which has facilities for implementing the following activities:

Purchasing of piping & raw materials |
| • |
Piping and structural prefabrication (cutting, preassembling, welding) |
| • |
Sandblasting and painting |
| • |
Mechanical assembly |
| • |
Electrical and Instrumentation assembly and wiring |
| • |
Testing |
In case of E.P.C. contracts involving extensive erection and site activities, work teams are assembled from Construction department in accordance with each project contingencies. |

The Quality department, assuring quality specifications and customers requirements |
| |
| 6. |
The Technical Support department, handles services involved at Oil & Gas Applications such us:

Factory tests ,installation supervision at site, pre-commissioning, commissioning and start up of the equipment and systems supplied by the company. |
| • |
Liquid products Metering and cooperative equipment maintenance. |
| • |
Liquid products Metering equipment calibration (proving) on site and at Metron Test Facilities in Magoula. |
| • |
Gas metering ,safety and pressure regulating products adjustment and maintenance. |
| • |
Hottaps. |
| • |
After sales support. |

The Procurement department, responsible for the purchasing of all equipment and materials. |
